Everything seemed perfect, helpful staff, warm rooms. We got a room with a bathtub. The hotel had a magnificent and amazing location, close to a bus stop. Had nice dainties at Pasteleria la Oriental, located very close to the venue. We thoroughly enjoyed this staying...

The staff were affable and helpful. Beds were extremely comfy. - Room was reasonably large and cozy; also provided bidet. - Location was exceptionally nice and excellent in a very nice area, close to a great coffee shop, attractions, metro, and Gran Via.
